I am suffering from fat in lower abdomen which is hard in nature and delayed menses always pls tell me proper diet and exercise.

To lower fat deposits on lower abdomen you should take diets which include more roughage like leafy vegetables green salads so that your bowels are clear and less oily diet. As regards exercise it is not possible to tell theoretically all that I can advice is to do skipping .If you would have been in Prayagraj (Allahabad) I would have given you practical training.
