Even in hostel you can manage to do half hour exercise and with that you can have a good heavy protein and nutritious breakfast with half of that lunch and very low dinner. Also you can look for your medication.

NO RICE! Try switching to Chapathi, if not possible avoid eating rice for dinner atleast. For breakfast you can eat instead of rice either Kellogs Special K or Muesli and if thats not possible drink a glass of milk with less or no sugar. Drink green tea everyday. Drink a lot of water right before meal, and do not drink water during or after meal (wait for half an hour). Try working out atleast 3 times a week. Ditch lift and take the stairs. No napping in noon after lunch. Keep a gap of 3 hours between eating and sleeping.
