Hi, I am 28 years Male, I just had a routine full body checkup and my CBC test shows low level of Hemoglobin and MCV and MCH, I also had iron and Vitamin B12 test Iron test - Normal B12- Normal Hemoglobin - 12 MCH-21 MCV-68 Platelets count -139 Note- the test was being done when I had a normal cold or you can say viral symptoms I suggested a doctor and she said that it can be hereditary as your Iron level is fine. No need to worry. What should I do to bring my Hemoglobin and MCV, MCH level to normal?
