You have to approach your problems very objectively and take the right steps to overcome all the obstacles. Begin with a routine medical check up with your doctor and talk about your complaints in detail. Let the doctor examine you thoroughly and advise some basic tests so that it becomes clear what needs to be done based on the overall information. Meanwhile, read about healthy and disciplined lifestyle from the internet and try to adapt the good habits - have patience and go slow - may be one good habit at a time. Being consistent in your daily routine (healthy lifestyle) will boost your metabolism as well as immunity. You can also learn Yoga which can be adapted as holistic way of life. You can also start Homeopathy if there is not much improvement. You can contact me for further information.

Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Raising the head of your bed six to eight inches can help gravity keep gastric acid down in your stomach.
