I am preparing for jee main 2019. Only 88 days left for the exam. Give me some tip for food (breakfasts, dinner) After taking meal I get sleep. Suggest some foods that help my brain, active me mentally and physically.

I appreciate your desire to eat healthy during this stressful period. My first advice would be to not have too much Coffee or Tea to keep awake, as it will make you jittery .It is better to eat things like fresh fruits ,nuts ,snacks like sandwiches, dhokla, oats upma, veg roll, egg preparations, Idlis, etc instead. These would provide you the required energy and keep you alert, awake, focussed. Secondly, Eating small and frequent meals rather than 3 big meals will keep you awake, alert and will improve concentration. Lastly, Protein rich foods have a positive impact on Mental Acuity or sharpness. Include more fish, berries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, etc in the diet during exams.
