Hi, I am 40 years old female. Married, have a kid of 6 years, full time working. I am 5 feet and 4 inch tall and my current weight is 110 Kgs. I have Endometriosis and have no other known disease. I regularly take Calcium supplement and Apple Cider tablets. It is not feasible for me to do any workout on 05 working days. Please advice how I can lose weight?
