I am 24 years old female. One day while eating I bite my right cheek. After 2-3 days a mouth sore developed there. It has been 2 weeks it did not heal. Earlier when I used to have mouth sore it use to heal within 3-4 days. But this time its not healing. I have tried many home remedies also. It is like a big white spot with small red dots in it. Can it be cancer or hiv? because I checked on internet that such type of mouth sore can be symptom of oral cancer or hiv aids.
