Hi, I have an eczema and my homeopathy physician asked me to get 6 months course but I left after one month when the treatment got well. Now its starting to get back and is in mild stage. I looked up to google for assistance then I came across this product called hydrocortisone 1%. before approaching to this product I would like to get an advised from an expert whether it's fine to go to it or not. If yes then is it applicable on lips, because it has infected even my lips. Please suggest me.

Lips can sometimes become infected. Infections can be caused by a virus, a fungus, or, very infrequently, bacteria. The most common infection that occurs on lips is a viral infection, usually due to the herpes simplex virus. The sore from a herpes simplex infection is commonly called a cold sore or fever blister The following steps can also help make you feel better: Apply ice or a warm washcloth to the sores to help ease pain. Wash the blisters gently with germ-fighting (antiseptic) soap and water. Avoid hot beverages, spicy and salty foods, and citrus. Gargle with cool water or eat popsicles. Rinse with salt water.
