I'm 35 years old male, I have fatigue problem for about 8 months with low blood sugar, dizziness fainting and low moods. I have all these symptoms mostly in the mornings before lunch. Had a blood work done last week for adrenals and thyroid. Cortisol 8 am was 7, cortisol 4 pm was 9, T3 and T4 normal, TSH was 4.9 and TPO was 157. Hba1c, insulin, fasting and pp sugar was all normal. HB was 13.8 and liver function test was also normal. My symptoms are very real and affecting my work. I feel cold sometimes and feel like passing out when exposed to sunlight. I have a feeling that I have low adrenal function in the mornings and it gradually gets better as the day progresses. Can you please suggest lowest dose of cortisol for me to check if that's true.
