If you can do that in one month, then I think everything is possible for you
But one thing I will surely like to advise u. Take nutritious diet
, don't starve yourself. If you do so you will feel weak. By starving you will loose weight but not fat, you will loose your muscle mass. Which is not good.
Take light frequent meals like Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts
, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc every 2 hours. This is in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner.
