Take low carbohydrate, moderate protein, low fat and high fibre diet. Avoid dry fruits, specially cashewnuts, and peanuts. And also avoid eating cabbages, onion. She must walk at least for an hour in the morning and for half an hour at night. Drink water at least after an hour from your meal.
