I am suffering from depression. My treatment is running from hospital Delhi. But I am not all well what should I do ?I feel so uncomfortable breathing issue tension irritation sadness so much things. How can I get well soon. I don't want to be more stressed. I am tired now. Please help.

If you need my help you can contact me online also.In the mean while try to focus on few things ,we go through many types of thoughts ,emotions ,feelings (positive and negative both, its our mind which always want to attract negative thoughts feelings, you can observe it ,any type of happiness remains for short time but sadness or some type of thoughts remains for long, and when we get weak at any time (its not about only physical weakness) these negative thoughts feelings starts to dominate us and some time to the extent that it controls our life and then we starts to search happiness from everything around us .As much we search for peace and happiness we get sadness and anxiety because we are not focussing on ourself from where this feelings are arising ,we are focussing on our surrounding for betterment of our life ,for happiness of life, And its just not possible unless you find happiness within yourself and its not so difficult, infact these positive feelings are within yourself only ,you just need to make it dominate over other just like single beam of light ends darkness so your little positivity will end every type of negativity within yourself. But question arises how can this happen as you don't feel like happy from inside and and your sadness part is dominating ,you are feeling stress how can you be happy, In your present condition may be its difficult for you understand but trust me once you will understand your potential and how to channelise this you will feel so calm, happy and stressfree life. Focus on present life, make short target for days, do whatever makes you happy, don't think about any thing for sometime ,writ� down your thoughts on paper. Take care.
