I have pain in head and I cannot turn my neck properly and also pain in my face/ left jaw also pain in left chest felling nausea, spinal cord pain neck pain swollen in right side of head little bit and all the arms and hands and fingers are tingling and also ache is there. What may be the reason doctor. Any serious issue like cancer or something. Thank you.
