I am having severe anxiety and unable to sleep for more than 1 years, I am having pornography and masturbating addiction, I have to watch porn and masturbating daily sometimes 2 times a day. If I start to resist my heartbeat goes raise, hand shivering and sweating is there. Because of this problem I lost job, money etc. I consulted a doctor in NIMHANs he suggested to take lonazep 0.5 at night and prodep 20 mg at morning after food. Raberozole 20 mg before food at morning. This is the first time I am taking medicine so feel anxious. That's why I want to know second opinion. All medicine prescribed for 30 days. Suffering from Severe anxiety and sleeping problem.
