How to lower diabetes as my HB1AC is 9.4. Also my pancreas, SGPT, etc is on the higher side. Please give me a consultation in this regard.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. HbA1c% 9.4 shows uncontrolled diabetes. This means present treatment is not effective. It needs to be upgraded. Since there is no mention of drugs being taken, dosage, glucose levels, lipid profile, diet pattern extent of exercise and BP readings, it is difficult to comment. Plus with morbid obesity it difficult to control the condition. There is a serious need for reducing weight. The increase in liver enzymes is due to presence of fatty liver. Thanks.
