I 25 years old Male. With normal routine currently joined gym for belly fat loss and fitness. One of my friend recommended me daily dosage of Green tea and L creatinine. What are your opinion about fat burning supplements. Especially L carnitine. Or if not are there any substitute for fat burning.

Hello, you no need to take any fat burning items. You can do normal your fat by the help of diet. Take frequently diet atleast 4 time in a day, in small portion. Increase protein and fibre in your diet. Do weight training exercise and also stomach exercise for belly fat and body shape.
