I have lymph nodes at right side of neck from 1 month. I also suffering from fever with cold, headache,sore throat, some time cheat pain, this is all happening from 1 month. I have done cbc ,esr, crp, usa neck, cxr pa view E.s.r is at 32 Crp is at 54.09 mg/l And have afb examination of sputum but it's negative.

The doctor will examine the lymph nodes whether they are soft/hard etc, solitary or in a group, matted etc. He will get some idea from it. Any kind of infection can secondarily cause enlargement of lymph nodes. However since ESR and CRP is raised one thinks in terms of a chronic disease. If other symptoms corroborate you may be diagnosed as having TB although your sputum is negative It happens. Another cause could be lymphoma.
