Hi Doctor, I have minor knee pain past one month I consulted with Ortho specialist and they advised to take MRI scan after 5 days of medicine, I took the MRI scan, below are my MRI scan report, could some one advice what kind of treatment I need to take. 1) Grade I Strain of infrapatellar tendon near inferior pole of patella and near its tibial attachment. 2) Grade I articular cartilage edema seen in medial, lateral patellar facet and lateral trochlea. 3) Chromic Grade I ACL Strain 4) Minimal join effusion extending into suprapatellar recess. 5) Grade II mucoid degeneration changes seen in body of medial meniscus.
