Dear lybrate-user, namaskar, your problem is due to combination of gout and beginning of osteoarthritis which is due to ageing process. You must take the prescribed medicines and the dietary discipline advised by your treating Dr. In addition. Observe. No squatting, use commode and avoid stairs. Go to a physio and start doing exercises for the knee regularly and stop those postures of namaz which cause strain on your knees. Take care.
