Glucose (F) 180 and Glucose (PP) 316, TSH 12.44, HbA1c 8.7, CA 19.9 43.74. My CECT report are as follows Pancreas is atrophic with large calculus measuring 12.0 x 10. Mm in the head of pancreas leading to dilation of the MPD MPD measures 8.2 MM in the head region 7.8 MM in the body and 5.0 MM in the tail region multiple coarse calcifications in the head and uncinate process of the pancreas. Taking Medicine Inj Novomis x30 18 in the Morning and 14 in the evening. creon 25000 three times plus some other medicine pl do advice with thanks.

Pancreatic calculi is the sequel of chronic pancreatitis. As the size of calculi os >5 mm, you need surgical interventions. Your sugar levels aren't maintained. You have to add Rapidly Acting Insulin ti current novomix. You have to take thyroxine as TSH is bit high. But 1st and foremost to have surgery opinion regarding Calculi.
