You might be benefitted by some weight loss. To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 30 mins to one hour play/walk / exercise. Its difficult to draft a diet chart here which is tailored to meet your requirements. The causes range from harmless to serious. Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is one common cause of breast swelling. Before the start of each period, your estrogen production increases. Along with other changes in your body, this hormonal shift can cause your breast ducts and milk glands to become enlarged. 2. Your breasts are made up of breast tissue (including lobules and ducts that are called into action while breastfeeding) and fat tissue. So when you gain weight, your breasts increase in size. When you lose weight, you may notice they shrink. 3. When birth control pills were first invented, they contained extremely high doses of estrogen and there were a lot of women walking around with very large breasts as a result Estrogen can lead to more fluid retention and also increase breast tenderness, consult me for good result
