Hello doctor. I'm 38 weeks pregnant. 15 days are there for due date. Second delivery. I could see my white discharge gets increased day by day. Also much pain in between urinary area and vagina. Whole vaginal area is swelling and not able to touch. Able to walk very slowly due to swelling. Is it common while nearing due date or do I need to visit doctor immediately. Baby kicks and movement also reduced. Not able to feel the active kicks for 2 days.

You should immediately consult your doctor. Vaginal discharge and pain in vagina must be due to vaginal or urinary infection. For that doctor can prescribe medicines after examination and investigations. But decreased fetal movement requires immediate consultation and management by doctor.
