Hello- you and your partner may be able to minimize your pain with a few changes to your sex routine. Try being on top of your partner during sex. Women usually have more control in this position, so you may be able to regulate penetration to a depth that feels good to you. Communicate with your partner what feels good and what does not. Also, longer foreplay can help stimulate your natural lubrication and reduce the pain of penetration, as do synthetic lubricants.

Hello- ideally, sexual intercourse is a pleasurable encounter between two people. But for many women, sex can be painful and unpleasant. It can lead to intimacy problems and a general lack of sexual fulfillment. There are a number of effective natural treatments for intercourse pain. A combination of dong quai, american ginseng, saw palmetto, wild yam, black cohosh, and yohimbe relieves involuntary vaginal reflex and alleviates intercourse pain. Aloe vera is helpful for infections and is known for its healing effects. It can be applied topically to relieve itching, taken internally, or used in a douche. Barberry contains potent infection-fighting properties. Calendula and vitamin a vaginal suppositories are soothing and healing, while goldenseal suppositories are useful for all types of infection. Chamomile has anti-fungal properties. Echinacea also has anti-fungal properties and enhances the immune system. Pau d'arco contains natural antibiotic agents and has a healing effect.

Hello- face your fear. Determine what you are afraid of and challenge it. When it comes to being fearful of sex, you need to know what has caused you to be afraid. Identifying specific fears will help you focus on finding a solution. Sit down and make a list of the things you fear about sex. For example, you may not know how to approach the subject, you might be afraid of doing something wrong, or you're embarrassed of how you look naked. Challenge your fears by listing possible solutions to resolve your fears. For example, if you don't know how to approach the subject with someone, ask a trusted friend how they do it, or find someone who does it well and model his behavior. Even watching a romantic movie might help. If you are afraid of doing something wrong, you need to study the subject and figure out what techniques work best for you. Preparation and knowledge will lessen any fear.

Hello- Many women believe that pain is inherent to intercourse; they have no idea what causes it and don’t even consider what to do about it. This creates a bigger problem. If left untreated, the condition can become more serious, resulting in vaginal abrasions and other adverse symptoms. You and your partner may be able to minimize your pain with a few changes to your sex routine. Try being on top of your partner during sex. Women usually have more control in this position, so you may be able to regulate penetration to a depth that feels good to you. Communicate with your partner what feels good and what does not. You should be gentle during sex and allow at least a couple of hours between two sessions .as it takes almost 72 hours for semen volume to be completely replenished if you to have sex in quick succession, your semen will be less in second time. That is not a disease. As far as is size of penis is concerned, average size in indian males is 4 to 5 inches. Moreover penis size does not increase after 18 years of age so you need not bother about the penis size. Nothing can be done about it now hope you got a satisfactory reply. Good luck,
