Dear Lybrateuser, - To regain your strength & to boost your immunity consume a well balanced diet & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains, protein rich foods such as eggs, milk & milk products like yogurt, cottage cheese, butter milk, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts, healthy fats as in fish, nuts, avocados, olive or canola or sunflower oil -include a protein food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration - do regular exercise including walking, jogging, swimming, play an outdoor game to build your body & to boost your immunity.
