I am diabetic patient aged 73 years. Recently due to sinusitis my blood sugar shoot up to 258 after post food. The other doctor prescribed me glycomet 1 instead of euglin1 mg. Now my blood sugar comes to control showing 92 and 158. Shall I continue this glycomet 1 or euglin 2 mg.

Fasting blood sugar 92 and pp 158 shows good control and you should continue same medicine with which it is controlled. Monitor blood sugar regularly.
