I was extremely fat 4 years ago. I did run a lot to get back in shape but now when I am done, the fat hasn't gone. It is still present to my stomach. How can I get rid of it?

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy, egg, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You cannot target specific areas, fat is lost uniformly, but it may appear to go faster from the areas where you store less than the problem areas. Be consistent and patient. It is good that you reduced your weight. To further give shape to your abs, you need to regularly do abs based exercises. Also try some intensive aerobics, skipping and reduce your carb intake. Slowly you will see that the abdomen fat will reduce and you will get into a good shape. Just be patient and stick to your routine.
