Hello, There are different types of LASER therapies (like Nd-YAG, Quantum IPL, etc.) for hair removal treatment which are available in the market. So, you can visit any of the dermatologist or the clinic/ hospitals which specialises in these treatments. Get it done from a renowned and an expert hands only. Frequent number of sittings are required for hair removal (single sitting is not sufficient) which is recommended as per the type of machine they do have and the Indian and the type of hair & skin you have. The reslts vary from person to person and it makes the hair more thinner, finer like a vellus hair which is not much visible or noticable and the more importantly they become bleachable! Rate depends upon the size of the area to be treated, the no. Of sittings required and the machine which would be used for this purpose. (e.g.: may start from Rs. 500 per sitting for chin area and so on). (If there is any underlying medical condition like hormonal imbalance, would need more number of sittings and or there after maintenance for long time). Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter.
