Hello lybrate-user, there are various reasons for hairfall. An average of 100-150 hairfall on daily basis is considered normal. Hair fall could be seasonal when the hair shafts tend to fall in shedding phase, nutritional deficiency, hormonal or genetic disorders, steriods supplements taken in gym workouts. Include protein intake and foods containing sulphur and zinc like sprouts, dates, flak seeds, almonds. If the above measures are not helping, then it is advisable to consult a trichologist and get blood investigations done.
