I don't eat fried items. But my cholesterol level is high. My TSH is also high whereas t3 nd t4 are in limit. I am not a foodie and don't take cold drinks. Tinned food / beverages nd fast food. After following simple life style what would be the reasons for high cholesterol and TSH. What diet shall I follow. I am suffering from hair fall too which I guess due to high TSH. I do yoga and weight training an hour everyday. Critical test values as under Lymphocytes - absolute count - 3.53 Total RBC - 5.54 MCHC - 30.3 Total cholesterol - 210 LDL - Direct - 153 LDL/HDL ratio - 3.6 Non HDL Cholesterol - 167.18 TSH - 6.81 T3 - 148 T4 - 10.1 Best regards
