hello ma'am.At the age of 35 (female) how much daily intake of calcium vitamin d and protein is required?

Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of Calcium is 1g/day and vit d is 600 international unit (IU) /day for age 31-50 yrs. RDA of protein is 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, that is if you are 60 kg then you need 48 g of protein. For example 1 cup of milk has 8 1 cup cooked pasta has 8 � cup of nuts (all types) has 7 1 egg has 6 grams of protein.
