MRI 2D limbo Sacral Spine Impression:-Mild Lumbar spondylosis L3-L4 disc annular tear with central & small left paracentral protrusion intending the thecal sac not causing neural compression. L4-L5 disc annular tear with right paracentral protrusion intending the thecal sac and causing mild impingement on right lateral recess and traversing nerve root.

Go for lumber traction and swd with some back exercises and ergonomic advices under a qualified physiottherapist.

As per your MRI report there is thecal sac compression causing right lateral nerve impingement. Probably you may have pain radiating to lower leg. I suggest you to correct your posture so that to prevent further damage. To minimise the pain and to some extent to get the prolapsed disc to its normal position. You must do proper exercise that I can suggest you after seeing your MRI .if you are driving a vehicle .put on hold for some days. Also go for physiotherapy for better results. Hi, You need to prevent yourself from maintaining your back muscles. Don't strain your back muscles by lifting any heavy objects, don't ignore your pain or any other symptoms like tingling sensation, throbbing pain, and also radiating pain till lower leg. Consult first neurosurgeon if the compression is severe you might require a surgery and if surgeon says not require then you can surely go for physiotherapist. Physiotherapist will guide you further.
