Hi, You need to prevent yourself from maintaining your back muscles. Don't strain your back muscles by lifting any heavy objects, don't ignore your pain or any other symptoms like tingling sensation, throbbing pain, and also radiating pain till lower leg. Consult first neurosurgeon if the compression is severe you might require a surgery and if surgeon says not require then you can surely go for physiotherapist. Physiotherapist will guide you further.

Hello sir, I have back pain for last three years. I did MRI and found that there is some problem in My L4 L5 and L5 S1 spine. Disc bulge also seen in my MRI. I always feel some stiffness at my back. My concentration always focus on my back. Every doctor suggested me to do exercise regularly and not to lift heavy object and not bend your body. Etc. I am not understanding whether my problem will solve or not? Can it be cured permanently or be worst more than present? Kindly reply sir.

Hi Start with exercises and strengthen your lower back. Morning stiffness if its persisting just go for blood test and check for you vitamin levels. You can visit near by physiotherapy centre for further treatment. As physiotherapy is best helpful for you, just don't ignore it as it might start later with tingling, throbbing pain to lower legs.

6 months back I got injured while playing football and was diagnosed with acl tear & doctor advised for arthroscopy but I did not go for surgery. Now after 6 months of injury without surgery I do not have any pain in my knee but the only reason to worry is my thigh muscles. I am finding that they are going weaker and weaker time to time. I only need a suggestion that whether to go for surgery or not. Is there any alternate to get cure from it.

Hi See if it is partial tear then no need of surgery Second important thing is if only acl ligament is involved then ok but other ligament like pcl and meniscus if this all are involved then surgery is MUST. And only ACL tear then it can be conservatively managed by physiotherapy. Physiotherapy has a vast scope in ACL ligament injury. You can consult a near by physiotherapist center for rehabilitation then make sure you repeat an MRI Scan for further treatment.

Hi You need to do a routine evaluation of blood test to check whether your values are in normal range or the levels or low/ high. You need to check your CBC levels. It might be arthritis changes in your body and then you can consult it.
