Year ago cured from bladder cancer by radiation and chemo. But catheter caused uti which is not improving. Suddenly a month before I had lower back pain which is not stopping even after month. What ways I can come out of all trouble. 78 year, male retired.

Dear sir, You are treated for cancer bladder and now with pain back. Common cause at your age is osteoporosis (thinning of bones due to calcium loss) causing bone collapse Other thing you must keep in mind is recurrence of cancer Catheter is a foreign body so it can cause recurring UTI UTI can be because of chemo and radiotherapy causing cystitis (inflammation) of bladder So consult your oncologist and do not take it lightly.
