I am a 29 years old female and married. 1 month before I have done blood test and found my tsh level 10.14. Doctor give me 100 mcg dose of thyroxine. Now I retest my tsh and it is 0.119. What should I do now? Should I stop taking thyroxine?

Reduce the dose to 75 mcg, recheck after 3 months.

No you should reduce the dose gradually. And repeat the test at regular interval. If you want to stop treatment then first take homoeopathic treatment to cure it.
