Theres a lump on right side of my left breast. Its paining these days. What is it?

Any lump in breast needs to be evaluated by breast surgeon. Considering your age and since you have pain it is most probably a fibroadenoma. But get it examined by a breast surgeon who will assess your histroy ,do a clinical examination, and may advice you to do a breast sonography and a FNAC if needed.

Please see a breast surgeon, who would examine you and if needed, ask for an ultrasound. Breast lump could be due to various causes like fibrocystic disease, simple cysts, fibroadenoma, traumatic fat necrosis, granulomatous mastitis, abscess, phylloides tumour, or rarely cancer.
