I do extensive 1 hr workout everyday. I heard it is recommended to take multi vitamin tablets with protein amd carb source to gain good muscle. Please suggest some good vitamins/multivitamins that I can take to gain good muscle. Note: I take 2 scop whey protein every day along with healthy diet.

Hi Taking multivitamin supplement is not necessary as long as you eat a diet rich in nutrients. The problem with supplements is, you tend to overdose it. Eat plenty of veggies and fruits everyday. You are already eating a healthy diet. So, do not worry about deficiency of vitamins.

Doing exercises is good and continue it. For muscle gain, it is not nessery to use supplements. First you should visit to qualified dietitian. She can guide you to achieve your target with healthy diet. Which will you enjoy also.
