Hello, Please increase your walk time to at least 45 minutes. Also, with regards to dietary habits, include at least 3-4 liters of water daily, 1 cup green tea per day, 1 fruit as a snack during mid morning or early evening and include 5 nuts every morning after walk. Along with these, cut down the intake of carbohydrate sources such as rice, chapatis etc and add more protein such as pulses, sprouts, curd, paneer, eggs, steamed chicken piece etc. Avoid sugar, maida, processed and packed foods, fried food and any other junk. All these will definitely help you lose in a steady way if you do it consistently. All the best.

Hello, you could increase the duration of the walk at the same speed you are walking at right now. Along with avoiding the junk food, you would also need to include fiber in your diet. Increase the amount of 1st class proteins coming through low fat dairy and animal products. Decrease the amount of visible fat that is the amount of oil, butter, ghee you consume in a day and the fat can be sourced from much healthier sources like nuts and oil seeds. Include whole grain cereals, pulses, whole fruits, raw vegetables in your diet. This would help you loose weight in a healthy way.
