I am following diet to reduce my diet but it is not effecting my body. Even I have joined yoga class for past 15 days. I am also consuming green tea, hot water with lemon. But nothing seems to be working. Please suggest some effective way so that I can reduce my weight.

You need to correct your diet wherever it?s going wrong. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely.
