Hello Doctor, I am concerned about my father who turned 72 few months back. Recent reports show that he has a very high blood sugar level which 233. On checking the internet, I found a few simile in my father symptoms. But, he works all the time and gets lot of exercise. Can you please tell me which types of food he should start consuming now and which are the ones he shouldn't even touch. Is there any other thing that can be done to bring this sugar level low? Also, is there any chances for this sugar level to trigger diabetes? Thank you in advance.
