HelIo! lybrate-user firstly if you want to lose wait you need to be determined for the the change for which you are looking. Then follow a schedule I am going to tell you. You will definitely start looking some kilos in a week. After woke up it's very important to start the day with drinking warm water and you can add honey and lemon if you like. It will help your digestive system to boost up your metabolism. And in breakfast after 30 min atleast you can eat daliya, oats, Kellogg chocos. Then for mid day snack you can take apple. Drink 8-10 glass of water throughout the day. For lunch sprouts and salad will be a good option. And in evening green tea will do wonder. And select choice of time for some exercise mostly some cardio in beginning because your body needs time to adjust for exercise. And do run minimum 10000 steps it takes around 40-50 min. Finally in dinner you can add fruits and boiled vegetables. For lunch even you can eat chapati with some vegetable. But for dinner strictly I will recommend only fruits and salad. Lastly if you feel hungry drink 1 glass of milk or 2 glass of warm water and go to sleep. After 1 week you can increase your exercise like start doing situp variations, jumping squats.
