How to stay active entire day? I usually feed tired after just 30 minutes of computer work. I want to know about the kind of diet I should have. P.S. I do mostly computer work throughout the day. Health and Blood pressure are normal.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To remain alert & to able to concentrate properly follow a healthy lifestyle by consuming a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, include a protein rich food like egg, non veg if you have, milk & milk products, legumes, sprouts, nuts, peas, tofu in each of your meals (at least one item) & also have as a snack in between meals - avoid deep fried, processed & junk food - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water per day - - do regular exercise in the morning like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, also do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week - also while working take short break every couple of hours & walk or do mild stretching for whatever time you can spare as any activity will help keep you fit & agile - also get your blood hemoglobin, sugar & thyroid hormone level checked up to rule out any other problem.
