Have to walk regularly this is the first criteria, then take food in every 3-4 hrs interval, small food at a time, avoid fatty food, oily food, take blunt food, take amla and alovera juice in the morning, take green tea with sugar free biscuits, take oats or roti or rice in breakfast with dal ,at dinner take light food and have seat erectly for 10-15 min after taking food, need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure her problem permanently.
