I am a diabetic since three years. I want to know that a sugar patient can take desi ghee in their diet plan. Is it beneficial or not.

Yes, you can take but in small amount because it will increase your calory intake and sugar. Also increase bad cholesterol which is a risk factor for ischemic heart disease.
