Your fasting blood sugar is in the diabetic range (126 or more). Control your diet-avoid sugar jaggery honey sweets sweet fruits like banana mangoes grapes cheekoo. If diabetes is confirmed, then appropriate treatment with drugs is a must. If HBA1c% < 6.5 then you are in Prediabetes state. Then need to take precautions like maintain normal weight (<62 kgs), BMI should be < 23 kgs/M2 (present is 32.19 kgs/M2). You are already in grade 1 obesity, which is an invitation to diabetes.
