My MRI report says-- hairline fracture of the upper tibial shaft is seen with marrow oedema seen in the tibial plateau. Partial tear of the anterior cruciate ligament is identified. There is grade 2 signal seen in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus. Myxoid degeneration of the posterior horn of lateral meniscus is seen. What should be done?
