You have to take iron supplement for low Hb and Vit B 12 an d3 supplements for low vitamin levels , In addition, you have to eat palak, green leafy vegetables, curd and mlk

Take breakfast with fruits of 4-5 types. No chapati till 12-1 p.m. In lunch take plenty of raw but thoroughly washed vegetables. Still there is need of food then take chapatis wth vegetables (cooked). Same for dinner. Avoid milk and its products. Avoid pulses. Avoid maida products. Avoid table salt and use rock salt. Avoid refined oil and refined sugars. Improvement first week.
