I am 21 years old and my height is 5'3" weight 44 kg .and I am underweight about 17 kg. I don't skip my meal I eat my food properly. But still it doesn't add to my weight. I am thin as well. What should I do to become health and increase my weight?

Gaining weight in the form of muscles may take sometime so you have to be little patient and put in a lot of efforts. Eat healthy diet which has adequate amount of whole grains like brown rice, whole wheat etc, optimum protein in the form milk and milk products, whole pulses, egg, lean chicken and fish. Try to have frequent meals (within 2-2.5 hrs. Do not skip any of your meal. Also try to include weight training exercises in order to build muscles and boost healthy fat in the body.
