I am a diabetic patient since past 16 yrs. My sugar levels do not come down to Fasting- 200-210 and post meal 250-275. Despite regular medication. At present my doses are (a) Tab glimepiride- 2 mg (BD) (b) Tab metformin-500 mg (BD) (c) Tab vildagliptin- 50 mg (BD) My BP is normal. Since past few days I suffer from running nose. Earlier I used to take Tab Sinarest for such problem. But nowadays the Tab Sinarest just gives a Ty relief. It does not stop running nose permanently. Please suggest me a relief from running nose. I have been losing weight (from 62 kgs to now 54 kgs- height 162 CMS) and flesh over for past two years and my family and friends tell me that I have pulled down a lot. Otherwise I do not have any problem of appetite or digestion or sleep. I am a regular Walker and don't suffer from weaknesses or joint pains etc.
