Hi, she should take a high protein and calcium diet- milk, dairy products, meat or dhal if she is a vegetarian. She can also take protein supplement powders. Also, plenty of green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. She should take multivitamin capsules, iron and calcium supplements. Minimise eating out to decrease the risk of food poisoning.
