I'm very over weight. I live in hostel and mess food is very oily and unhealthy moreover it's hard to do costly diet. I really want to loose my weight. I have huge thighs, back fat, arm fat and I'm totally depressed because of this. I need a help.

Diet is not costly. Even in Hostel you can bring simple fruits like bananas, orange, apple, Mosambi, melons etc and eat these more instead of oily foods. Drink water before and during meals so that you consume less food. Walk daily, climb stairs, do yoga or any exercise. Make a daily plan. The best cure for depression is Action.
